Description:
The processed Cycle 1609 (18-AUG-2016 to 14-SEP-2016) MTRs are a result of comparing the processed Cycle 1601 (07-JAN-16 to 03-FEB-16) to 1609 in order to find what attributes and geometries changed between cycles.  The difference of this analysis was then processed and appended to the original 1601 cycle and published as the processed Cycle 1609 MTRs (or C1609-Delta).  The data was processed for viewing purposes only.  It is not to be used for in-depth analysis or formal decision making.
